Purpose and operational context

The portal provides public information about the South Atlantic Monitoring Agency and the Europe–South America corridor: institutional material, traffic reports, documents and video presentations.

Use current operational sources. Archived publications and website summaries do not replace current aeronautical information, notices, regulations, clearances or instructions from the competent authorities. Historical approvals and implementation plans retain their original date and scope.

Check the issuing organisation, date, revision and conditions of each document. Power BI figures and refresh dates are supplied by the report itself. The content sources page explains the archive’s coverage and known gaps.

Conditions of use

Public pages can be read without a SATMA account. Content management is restricted to the authorised administrator. Microsoft may separately require an account, licence or permission to view a Power BI report.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious files, impersonate an authorised user or publish material you are not entitled to disclose. Administrator credentials must be kept confidential.

Visiting the website does not constitute consent to optional cookies or external content. Those choices are made separately in Cookie settings.

Intellectual property and reuse

ENAIRE and the respective rights holders retain their rights in the site’s content, identity, publications and third-party materials. Public availability does not itself grant an unrestricted reuse licence. Follow the licence attached to each item and any applicable legal exceptions; seek permission when required.

Preserve attribution, dates and integrity when quoting or reusing material. Do not imply ENAIRE endorsement or use its identity misleadingly. The aviation photograph and its adaptations have the specific Creative Commons attribution and licence described under Photography; those licence terms remain applicable.

External services and availability

External links open services subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Their inclusion provides a reference and does not transfer control of their content to SATMA. Report and video providers can change availability, authentication requirements or functionality.

Content may be corrected or updated, and maintenance or technical faults may interrupt access. If you find an error, identify the page or document when contacting SATMA. Nothing in this notice excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Spanish law and applicable European Union law govern this website. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under the applicable rules, without prejudice to mandatory rights or jurisdiction. Updated terms are published here with a revision date.
